RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY  

 

RETURNS

If you are not fully satisfied with an item in an order, you can return it within 15 days from the date of shipment to have it fully refunded. As soon as we get the item back, we will process your refund within 5 days. If you wish to exchange it for an alternative product on our website or change size, we recommend you to request a refund and proceed with a new order.

 

EXCHANGE OF ITEMS

To avoid misunderstandings and misunderstandings, we recommend placing a new order for each item you intend to take in exchange for each returned one. This is because the item requested in exchange of a returned one may no longer be available in the time it takes to process the refund. We cannot guarantee the availability of an item before receiving your return and we can't reserve an item.

 

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Items must be with their original packaging without signs of wear or use, with tags and labels still attached. The original boxes and envelopes of the product are considered part of it and must be returned unaltered. Items returned in different packages will not be accepted. We do not accept items that have been damaged, altered, washed or show signs of wear. When trying on an item, please do not let it come in contact with perfumes, sprays, lotions or other chemical agents.

The shipping cost for returns are charged to the customer.

 

EXCEPTIONS

Despite the policy mentioned above, CRULE-BEACHWEAR.COM reserves the right to any final decision in case of a refund request based on unique and / or extraordinary circumstances that may arise from objective difficulties during the return process. CRULE-BEACHWEAR.COM also reserves the right on the final decision to apply an additional cost for storage and processing of the return procedure if deemed necessary.

CUSTOMS FEES

CRULE-BEACHWEAR.COM will cover all Customs Fees related to the country of destination. The total cost shown at check-out is the final shipping cost, including the Return Duty Paid service at the destination country (Delivery Duty Paid - DDP). The consumer is recommended to check in the following Delivery Policy whether their country is eligible for the DDP service.

For countries not eligible for DDP service, the shipping process is different. At the time that the shipment arrives in the country of destination, it may be subject to Customs Taxes. The country's customs office will keep the package until all taxes will be paid. If customs duties and taxes are not paid, the package in question will be destroyed or returned to the sender. Customs Taxes are determined independently by CRULE-BEACHWEAR.COM, which has no control over it and is responsible for the costs incurred. CRULE-BEACHWEAR.COM is not responsible for any loss in value of the goods from the time of the order, before the return is processed. Consumers are advised to inquire at the post offices in their area   if they are unsure of the customs policy applied to their country.
